At Meredith's Unique Gems, we strive for customer exellence. If for any reason, you would like to return or exchange
your jewelry, contact us within 3 days of purchase. we accept returns in the original condition as sold, same unopenned packaging
(if mail order) and undamaged jewelry. Every piece of jewelry is inspected prior to shows/mailing.
Sorry, there can be no refunds
on awareness jewelry.
Steps for returning unused jewelry/intact packing are as follows:
- Email us at uniquegemz@hotmail.com within 3 days of purchase.
- Receive your ticket number for return from us.
- Send item(s) in appropriate
packing so item will not be destroyed.
A refund will be sent via mail (money order) unless an exchange of equal value is preferred. Sorry, shipping and handling charges can not be refunded. Customers return items at their own charge and risk. Meredith's Unique Gems is not be responsible for return items lost in the mail. Customers are urged to insurance return packages. Jewelry made to fit customer specifications (like wedding jewelry, Jewelry items designed from customer specifications, Smaller/Larger sized items, etc.) is not returnable. When ordering with your specifications, we will make sure to send spec and previews to you (to sign off on) to ensure design correctness before jewelry is sent out.

We ship all packages First Class mail delivery (for the continental USA) unless
otherwise specified by the customer. Shipping and handling charges for First class mail delivery start at $3.50 for packages
weighing under 11 ounces. Packages weighing over 11 ounces are subject to shipping and handling charges starting at $7.00 for Priority
Mail. Shipping and handling charges are calculated at time of sale. Other shipping methods (UPS, Fed Ex, etc.) and
insurance (recommended) are available at customers expense. In stock items are shipped usually within 24-48 hrs. Items made from customer
specifications are sent usually within a week depending upon availability of materials.
We ship to Canada, Europe and certain other
countries for air mail charge. Email for rates.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, etc through Paypal. Cashiers checks and money orders accepted through the mail.

EXCHANGES
Exchannges are allowed if customer prefers not to return a(n) unuse item(s). Exchange
items must be in the same new condition as received and must be returned to us within
7 days of your "Notice to Exchange" email to us.
For exchanges, email us within 3 days of receipt of item(s) to with information of which item(s) you need to return and why. Also include the item(s) for which you want to exchange.
If item(s) return is due to customer preference (example would like a different color, a different size, etc), this is at MUG's descrection. We suggest customers who want a certain item(s) order via our customer specifications page which will insure items are made to customer's satisfaction the first time.
After items have been exchanged (especially for customer alterations/specifications making item(s) not a generally rersaleable item(s), item(s) can not be returned for refund or another exchange.
We can not refund/exchange for customer special orders/alterations, worn items, damaged items due to customer negligence, damaged items during shipment unless item was insured for shipment by customer and any other reason out of MUG's control.

Examples of a generally unresaleable item(s): items made from mixtures of customer selected colors/textures/materials not usually seen togather or completely original, bracelet sizes below 7" or above 8", necklace sizes below 16"or above 20" unless design was originally longer than 20", a completely different customer design we did not originally carry, etc...
Bulk Orders
An Insurance rate will be automatically charged to shipping and handling of bulk orders, orders with 10+ pieces, two or more goldfilled/10k/14k pieces and any orders shipped out of the USA. This insures larger packages are recieved by the customer and can be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.
